    too much dull =/ Customer Review Rated Bad 4 - 4 out of 10
    I heard Stephilosophy, which was nice and pleasant album...yeeeeeeeeeet, I wanted to hear better so I thought maybe her past albums would hold something like that. I was very disappointed with this one though. I agree with kdramafanatic when they say she has no emotion in her songs, no ups and downs. She can sing though - very very good. I just think she sounds very dull, very boring with no excitement - no expressions of anything! =/ She has some BEAUTIFUL ballads, but they need emotion! >_< Come on, Stephy dear! Act a little more enthusiastic. The only song with any expression at all is the first track. Other then that, nope! It does not shine in comparison to the Jolin Tsai, Fish Leong, Faye Wong, and Vincy Chan CDs in my Chinese collection. I just had expected better. =S If an artist isn't that good by their 3'rd-4'th album, chances are...that's just their style of choice. I will still watch her though and see if she grows more. She's making progress, I think...slowly, but she is. Her voice is lovely so it's worth waiting on.

    stephy has been slowly improving her music and her vocals..her past two cds..she gave a more of a angelic voice which kinda annoyed me a bit b/c it wasn't sweet enough with her high-pitched squeeking

    this cd however..has some improvement..and i enjoy more tracks this time

    track 1 - outstanding..great into to the cd..it's not her typical style..a more of the broadway/musical style..a happy cheerful song..about a girl excited to go on her first date..wondering what she'll say..what she'll do..etc..stephy's voice here is nicely performed..and the melody and music flow well together

    track 3 - perhaps another great song in her album..i love the original and the remix verison..the original is on the slow side..with a great piano intro..and it builds up in the chorus and especially the end...a very catchy melody..and greatly written lyrics - about a girl who got jealous of putting a couple together..and now hoping one day they'll break up and she can be together with the guy..this song is overall different from the typical love song..so it gives a great spark..the remix verison uses the slow melody but w/an edgy rock style..good use of guitars and drums..it also builds up the mood and the feeling of the song..not from a the serious slow side..but to a heavy angry side

    track 5 - this track is from the same compose who wrote 'apple' in her fantasy cd..i love how she incoporate the chinese musical instruments into a lovely catchy canto pop tune...it's more on a happier side..yet the lyrics is pretty sad about a girl waiting for a guy to come back from his studies..they hardly see each other...and she's been waiting so long that she eventually forgot about him...the lyrics also made references to a olden chinese story..so it made more flow with the instrucments

    track 9 - the lyrics written by stephy..this is a typical nice slow canto pop..karaoke feel..easy to catch on..and it has a good musical arrangements
    this is also one of the songs stephy doesn't squeek too much..so her vocals are nicely performed

    overall..this cd is a lot better than her previous ones...i really enjoyed it and i really hope she can spark more of herself in the next album

    i have to admit, i might be the minority who thinks this, but stephy can't sing. she has a very weak voice, and she has no emotion while singing like most other chinese singers. unlike jolin her songs have no up and downs. the only song i sort of like is Track 1, but even in this song her voice is nothing special. i prefer kary a lot more. 7/10

    This was a pretty good CD> Stephy has improved! :) I lvoe her singing. There are a few really really good sings on there that I really like. Stephy also wrote the lyrics herself. I will say that it s=is defintely worth buying.

    After listening to this album, I think that Stephy has improve over the year. I like the songs because of the good lyrics and music beats. Stephy still needs improvement with her LIVE performance. When I heard Stephy singing LIVE in JSG, the voice is different with the CD. I understand that these days technologies can make a difference between reality. Overall, the CD is much better compare it with the previous albums that Stephy has released.
