Baseball is the ultimate contact sport in the world of Deadball, the latest production from Nikkatsu's extreme genre label Sushi Typhoon. Battlefield Baseball director Yamaguchi Yudai brings back the fail-proof formula of combining a popular sport with over-the-top action for this follow-up, which features the same character names and similar situations as the first film. Japanese action extraordinaire Sakaguchi Tak returns once more as superhuman pitcher Jubei, who literally has a lethal pitch. This time, Jubei is a juvenile delinquent forced to lead his reformatory's baseball team to victory against a girls' high school team whose players are trained by a Caucasian Neo-Nazi. Gleefully over-the-top and unabashedly violent, Deadball takes the sports film genre to surprising and sometimes shocking places.

After he accidentally killed his father with his superhuman pitching abilities as a child, Jubei swore to never play baseball again. Now 17 years old, Jubei (Sakaguchi Tak) is a juvenile delinquent in the Pterodactyl Juvenile Reformatory. After discovering Jubei's pitching abilities, the reformatory's authority forces Jubei to join Pterodactyl's team The Gauntlets and lead them to victory at a national tournament. Their first opponents are the "psycho butcher girls" of St. Black Dahlia High School, who are trained by a Caucasian Neo-nazi in cahoots with the reformatory's warden. Despite knowing that the game is a suicide mission, the ragtag group of baseball players decide to give their all to defeat the school's fascist rulers.

This edition includes making of, stage events, the Battlefield Baseball reunion, spin-off short films, and trailers.
