Dearest Bride

Malaysian singer-songwriter Rynn Lim is already in his early thirties, and naturally the possibility of starting a family of his own has crossed his mind. But for the moment, the in-demand musician is busy preparing for his unplugged live tour and promoting his fourth and latest album, which in fact takes love and marriage as its main themes. Titled Dearest Bride, the album contains nine new songs written and performed by Rynn, plus his cover of veteran Malaysian singer Eric Moo's Minnanese number "Call My Name" (Track 10), which Rynn first fell in love with when he heard it in karaoke during his high school days. Among the new songs are the heartfelt first plug "The Bride Who Passes By" (Track 1), the romantic "Live to 100" (Track 3), and the environmental campaign theme song "Alas" (Track 5).
