Yelling (2nd Version) (CD + MV DVD)
April 26, 2009 She Is Coming Back!Binary was a bogus, or a different switch.
Kay Tse has finally come back to the abstract world, as well as in Art.
I never give full 10 points because perfection does not exist. Because I like her, I would give her 9.5 for a comeback. The completion rating of the album is 6. Overall rating is 8. Bravo!

Thunder Party (CD+DVD)
December 14, 2008 Soul MusicIt's not just one song that will make an album a soul music. It's the sequence of more than one track in the album. The theme is there, and she sings well. Nevertheless, she has to be attractive physically as well in some unseen video not yet released! 8 points only.
With some real hot dances in video, I'll give her a perfect 10.

Pieces Of V (Version 2) (CD + DVD + Live CD)
December 8, 2008 Something Finally BetterWow, we got something finally better from her that should have been her second album. Anything between her first hit album up to this one were pretty much repetitive type of singing. This one album is certainly some change in rythming. She finally got some beat, yet she still retains her innocent voice and still displays love as well. Really not bad one song after another one. Some change indeed. I would say 7.5.

August 13, 2008 It's more O than I.I'm really a fan of Kay Tse, but I hate to say that this album is average.
Though I still enjoy hearing her voice (and will always do), each song simply doesn't feel right, or of herself (maybe I really don't know her - well, in fact I don't).
My first impression was that Kay just passed another stage, like all other singers. I though that she was being settled by hearing her voice and the way she sings in this album. Nevertheless, it's seems that she has more of a settlement with her record company than being settled in her life. I say that because in this album it seems that the music is played FOR Kay Tse, instead of being played WITH her.
After a few more plays, I thought it was Vincy that was singing the songs!?! Yeah, Kay Tse's voice is really that good. Her voice seems to be so innocent, pure, gentle, and yet energetic as Vincy. Notice here that I've specified her voice. However, the music and the voice are not integrated in each song well. Like I've said, they played the music FOR her, not WITH her. Furthermore, the music or tune are simply not that attractive, entertaining, or something.
At least in this album every song appears to be newly composed. Her music doesn't have to be all spiritual, or rythmic. But here, it seems that she's just singing along. A DVD would have been a plus here.

February 16, 2008 More Than Words...
I only write this review because I think she really deserves it. You would think that I was a fan of her for a long time, but you are wrong.
Before, I was never really attracted by her tunes in TVB, or I should say that I had never thought that I would buy one of her albums. But I was wrong. This one is a must have.
She's not only mature and modern, but she has real substance. This album doesn't have 1 or 2 good songs like other new female singers. This album is good from the beginning until the end. It took me over 1 month to surpass the 8th song in this album. Unlike other singers that strive real hard to have good tunes album after album, she is just in harmony with her tunes. & the DVD is just sublime... she is grooving...
