柯南、小蘭、灰原以及少年偵探隊的成員們也接獲邀請，前往參加這場受到全世界矚目的發表會，並陰錯陽差的混入政界、財經界以及演藝界等代表人物的小孩群中，趁機乘上了「繭」。另一方面，「繭」的研發者兼負責人─堅村，竟然在發表會會場遭到殺害。而在這起殺人事件發生的同時，一個自稱「諾亞方舟」的人工智慧闖入「繭」的電腦系統，並切斷身處虛擬世界的50名孩童所有能與外界連結的管道，對現實世界中所有的招待者宣佈：「在這場解決歷史事件的遊戲中，只要有一個人能夠存活到最後就算你們贏。不過如果沒有人能夠存活到最後，參加遊戲的所有人就會葬命於此。」開始了一場失控的遊戲。少數知道柯南身份，同時也是工藤新一的父親，世界名推理作家─工藤優作也是這場發表會的特別來賓。優作負責監修「繭」遊戲中的歷史事件，雖然能透過推理找出堅村遭到殺害的原因，但關於柯南一行人，他只能在控制室看著他們的表現。
柯南一行人必須在「繭」所設定重現的19世紀倫敦貝克街，同時也是福爾摩斯留下無數傳說之地，挑戰一連串的考驗。一場結合虛擬實境與現實，用50條生命為賭注的遊戲即將開始！

I don't see why the other 'viewers' thought that way but I can't it that they did. It was a great movie and I enjoyed it. It is fiction but it has some interesting characters like Jack the Ripper who did exist... and then there is Sherlock Holmes... |
