YesAsia Editorial Description
Korea's Quentin Tarantino, Ryu Seung Wan, has always wanted to have a small part in one of Jacky Chans movies. Instead he wrote, directed, starred in and choreographed all the martial arts in this movie.
This film depicts the life of Sung Bin and Suk Whan, two young friends who got involved in a reckless fight at a billiard bar and as a result, they were forced to pursue different paths in their lives.
Die Bad has four episodes.
01. Group Fighting : Action
Sung Bin accidentally killed Hyun Soo in a fight at a billiard bar.
02. Nightmare : Horror
Seven years later and troubled by constant nightmares about the killing, Sung Bin became antisocial and started living the life of a criminal.
03. Modern Man : Documentary
Suk Whan became a policeman.
04. Die Bad : Crime/Gangster
The two former friends, one policeman and the other a gangster, met each other again at the billiard bar.

Good Film
| The story is very good and well acted. I think it was very original. The quality of the film was not as good as most I have seen from Korea usually their film quality is excellent. But all in all it is worth watching it is a dark story about how some kids lives are changed by a bar fight. It is a good meaningful drama. |
