Siji and Ma-nin are working at a biological factory and they are going to change their DNA to get what they want. Siji, who gets serious mysophobia, can not stand any messy things, even it is just a little bit messy. When she comes across with Tamanoir who was her first-love, she thinks they can last long. However, when Siji finds that Tamanoir is actually dirty and messy, the DNA of mysophobia alarms her again and makes Siji can not be with him.

For Ma-nin, she is enjoying a spiritual relationship with her lover, Seahorse, but on the other hand, she loses confidence because of her DNA of fatness. At the same time, she never knows the son of the landlord, Bear, has a crush on her for a long time.
