Living up to his name (meaning fraud in Korean), Sa Gi (sitcom mainstay Oh Ji Myung of Once Upon a Time in the Battlefield and Soonpoong Clinic) forms a formidable partnership with hacker Dal Se (Myung Kye Nam of The Customer is Always Right) and spy Do Joon (Kim Gap Su of Yeon Gaesomun), devoting themselves 24/7 to dirty money. His most trusted associate is Ma Go Bong (Park Joong Hoon of Radio Star), who begins to have second thoughts when he discovers Sa Gi betrayed his two sidekicks for a big hit worth over ten billion won. Tired of Sa Gi's games, Go Bong finally decides to confess everything to a prosecutor.

Director Lee Sang Woo has had quite a peculiar career. After spending years as assistant director, for works like Bae Yong Gyun's Buddhism-themed masterpiece Why Did Bodhi Dharma Leave For The East? and French project Eyes of the Tiger, Lee moved to theater, becoming one of the biggest names in the industry. In some ways his debut film, Do The Right Thing, became a subject of controversy as, thanks to friction with the National Tax Service, the film had to go through a re-shoot which involved over half the film. One of many comedies Park Joong Hoon shot in the 90s, the film stars a who's who of comedy masters, including Oh Ji Myung and Myung Kye Nam.

차명으로 숨겨져있는 고급 공무원들의 빌딩이나 검은 돈을 노리는 사기꾼 장사기와 그의 똘마니 마고봉. 그들의 교묘한 사기 행각으로 여러명의 고위층 인사들이 피해를 입자 검찰은 미모의 여경사에게 장사기를 검거하라는 명령을 내린다. 그때까지 장사기가 승승장구 할 수 있었던 것은 그의 뒤에 컴퓨터 해커 김달세와 정보 수집가 도준이라는 두 명의 전문가가 있었기 때문이다. 이에 여경사는 둘을 이용하기로 결정하고 검은 돈을 처리하려는 부인으로 위장하여 두 남자에게 접근한다.

교묘한 유혹에 넘어가서 호텔에 도착한 두 남자는 부인이 피를 흘리며 죽어있는 모습을 목격하고, 바로 그 순간 경찰이 현장을 덮친다. 검찰에 협조하지 않는다면 꼼짝없이 살인범으로 몰릴 상황에 처하자 두 사람은 순순히 이에 응한다. 손발을 잃어버린 꼴이 된 장사기. 게다가 평소 마고봉은 장사기에게 불만이 많았는데. 장사기가 갈곳은 감옥뿐인가?
