Double's always been a favorite of mine. My wife, who's also Japanese got me into her when I was satationed in japan. She's all I listen too. Got all her CDs. |

I still like the Japanese version better

I liked the slight remixing on some tracks. The English lyrics were not as deep as the Japanese ones, but I still liked the English version of "Home" called "Teach Me." Takako's accent is almost perfect American, she should be on the radio here. |

No perfect words to describe

DOUBLE ... The 1st time i got to know DOUBLE was when i took a flight with SQ. Soon from that moment, i've been falling in love with their songs and download their mp3s. It's very hard to find their CDs. And thanx to my mom whom at last found 1, which is the one with Sachiko. And now i'm still in searching for this album DOUBLE. I've told all my friends to catch an eye with this CD but none of them are able to find till now. Sighh .... DOUBLE is a perfect group with prefect songs and voices. Even with Takako only, the songs are like an orchestra symphony of R&B. It's just too perfect. They should go for international category, not only Japan. They r more then talented. Jintora Ai |

Don't hate on her

Even with only Tatako left she is doing her thang quite well. This english album is great. Even my friends who don't listen to any Japanese musicians want this cd. Her english speaking is great and very clear on this album. Also, some of the tracks are slightly remixed from the original and sound better. The only big change, other than the language, are the lyrics. A couple songs have COMPLETELY different meanings from the original song, but the themes are much more "American" as a result. Easy to relate to, and follow. BUY IT NOW, even over the original (It's a little bit better because of the remixing) |

i take this cd wherever i go. Double is my favorite japanese singer. Double definitely deserves more exposure. the singing is velvet SMOOTH and the beats are HIGHLY ADDICTIVE. i definitely recommend it to true fans of r&b. |

Double've done it again...

They're awesome,i highly recommend any R&B lovers this cd, even if you're not fancy of R&Bs, please i beg you just spent some time on it. Double has pure talent, they make such great music, especially track 12 "Angel",it's a song dedicated to the ex-member, Sachiko, she passed away last year beacause of brain hemmorage, and Double released this album just the day after Sachiko's birthday which is on the 21st of November. I've been listening to Angel for almost 5 hours now and i've never come a across a song as beautiful as this, it inspires me alot,you know when you're tired of your life and you just want to give everything up, this is the best song to listen to, it seriously lift my spirit up and made me feel confident of my future. i really thank them for making such beautiful music from the bottom of my heart. I'm sorry if i sounded cheesy or anything i'm just expressing how i feel about their music and talent. I think they really deserve to have all the fame and attention from all people... Just one word for them "BEAUTIFUL" Well i hope this review helps, if not, you don't know what you're missing. |

Their voices are sweet and their slow jams are as good as it gets. I highly recommend this cd if u love r&b and slow jams. |

1uv the best J-R&B Albums

You like Utada Hikaru, Misia, m-flo, Kuraki Mai, Kubota Toshinobu, Sugar Soul styles? and you like R&B? This is the album for you! This album actually has that R&B groove to it with a lil Jazz and Dance styles mixed in, making the album tight. This is one album I would recommend for people who like American R&B who understands Japanese. Also check out Double's Older album titled Crystal. |
