　　龜仙人以程龍身份，於天下第一武術大會擊敗悟空。原來龜仙人一心教導悟空天外有天的道理，而悟空等人於武術人會後，力量更上層樓。

　　畢拉夫為了征服世界，不惜與神秘軍團聯手，再戰悟空。原來神秘軍團是由雷德純帥帶領的紅帶軍。悟空不敵紅帶軍眾高手，更暈倒於雪地上，幸得來自西克村的少女阿雪救起。紅帶軍為迫使悟空投降，將西克村村長囚禁。悟空為救村長硬闖紅帶軍基地。

　　悟空再次挑戰紅帶軍高手，更憑龜波氣功擊敗數名高手勇闖魔鬼塔塔頂。悟空此時遇上怪物人造人8號。但原來人造人8號本性善良，更不惜違抗紫上將命令，把悟空救走。可是，野心極大的雷德統帥對悟空窮追不捨，為得到龍珠雷達，更向莊子及龜仙人下毒手。到底悟空能否悉破雷德統帥的詭計呢?

It's great to get the original Cantonese version but watch out, the DVD version only gets to episode 72 while the VCD version gets to episode 78.
