Why not in DVD3??? Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10

Well...I rated this DVD a 10 because I know this musical is great and awsome but how come it is never released on DVD3??? I can see that there is a Dream Boy in DVD3 but that was released way back in 2004 without subs. Please can someone release this DVD in Region 3 with English/Chinese subs???
