Produced by Korean Wave icon Bae Yong Joon and K-pop hitmaker Park Jin Young, the KBS youth idol drama Dream High was a big hit with audiences during its broadcast run in January-February 2011. The stars of the show wrapped up the series with a special concert for fans after the drama ended. miss A's Suzy, 2PM's Taec Yeon and Woo Young, T-ara's Eun Jung, IU, Kim Soo Hyun, and Park Jin Young all performed songs from the drama's hit soundtrack including "Winter's Child", "Someday", and Dream High. Behind-the-scenes videos and special awards were also revealed during the concert special.

　　為體現跳舞、歌曲、表演等相融的電視劇特色，所有演員親自演唱劇中歌曲，獻上華麗的表演。

　　這場麒麟藝高學生們的大慶典，由金泰宇和朴京林擔當主持

　　在<夢想起飛Dream High>劇中，讓人感動在心的《冬天的孩子》、《某個人的夢》、《Dream High》等電視劇插曲，都在此次特別演唱會上完整呈現，此外，在劇裡擁有不俗歌唱實力的金秀賢，在演唱會的大舞臺上，更是以無懈可擊的Live演唱實力，征服了全場。還有朴振英、玉澤演、祐榮等帶來精采的舞蹈表演。從未播出過的拍攝花絮也在演唱會中大放送，為觀眾奉上拍攝期間的一段段插曲。

　　最後，麒麟藝高的老師和學生們齊聚一堂，舉行一場<夢想起飛 Dream High 頒獎典禮>，演員們親自評選出一些特別獎，玉澤演被授予“可愛胡鬧獎”、裴秀智獲得"點滴辛苦獎"、朴振英則被授予"失誤終結者獎"。
