183 Club and 5566's Sam Wang and Sweety starlet Joanne Tseng pair up again after The Magicians of Love for the CTS idol drama E Nu A Chu (a.k.a. Mean Girl Ah Chu). Improving with every drama, Joanne Tseng displays her sweet and spunky charisma as the titular "mean girl" with a heart of gold, while Sam Wang shows his comic touch as the straight man in over his head. Fellow pop stars Genie Chuo (Romantic Princess) and Andy Chen (My Son is a Mob Boss) co-star in this lighthearted 30-episode romantic comedy.
Tough, hard-headed, and always ready to pick a fight, Chu Chu (Joanne Tseng) seems to have "mean girl" stamped to her forehead, but she's actually a kind person under her prickly exterior. Chu Chu is all about championing the weak, so she can't look the other way when she meets Ping Zhi (Sam Wang), an innocent young man who stumbles into the entertainment industry by chance. Trusting to a fault, Ping Zhi would get eaten alive in such a competitive world, but luckily he's got Chu Chu around.

what were they thinking

great actors and actress.. just a BAD BAD storyline.. the whole time i was thinking.. just get it over now.. see it for the sam, genie, andy, etc.. but not for the story. |
