Long absent in her native Taiwan, singer-songwriter Pan Mei Chen (a.k.a. Eagle) is back in the media spotlight as she claims to have found her "soul mate" in one Joanna Moon, the Polish singer she met in New York and instantly fell in love with. At the invitation of Pan, Joanna agreed to team up with her as "Eagle & Moon", and the two have since recorded a bilingual album of Mandarin and English songs. The duo's self-titled debut album merges their unique voices and songwriting sensibilities in songs like the rock ballad duet "Melancholic Mythology" (first plug), "Just Want to Love You" (second plug), "Perfect Miracle" (third plug), and English versions of Pan's songs old and new.

The Limited Edition comes with a bonus DVD containing 7 live tracks from the Eagle & Moon online concert, plus 3 music videos.

「我從來沒想過，我的音樂靈魂，居然會有個遺落在外的雙胞胎。」潘美如是說。

潘美的這個靈魂雙胞胎，就是來自紐約的歐裔美人Joanna Moon。

乍看Moon，會驚豔於她的外型；聽她說話，會被她開朗的性格吸引；當她開口唱歌，就會被她那感動人的嗓音徹底征服。更深入了解Moon才知道，原來她的演唱經歷已達八年。

從小就把唱歌當成自我療癒及抒發情緒的管道。她獨特又帶天賦的歌喉，讓聽過的朋友念念不忘，歌聲在人群間輾轉流傳。18歲起受邀約到各地演唱，至今邀約不斷。

因朋友的喜愛，Moon受邀出席潘美某次紐約演唱會慶功party。那是潘美第一次見到Moon，也是第一次聽Moon唱歌，從此潘美就對這歌聲深深著迷難以忘懷。

回國後，潘美不斷的打越洋電話，想邀請Moon到中國及台灣一遊，其實潘美真正的目的是希望和Moon合作，想簽下Moon，打造一個雙人團體，製作史上第一個歐亞合壁的雙語專輯。

2010年，Moon踏上中國和台灣土地，只為了解潘美歌唱實力。Moon觀賞潘美每一場演唱會；潘美的歌也讓Moon彷彿著魔般的感動和喜愛，成為潘美的粉絲。所以潘美的合作邀約，Moon欣然同意。

現在，這兩位同樣擁有獨特嗓音的女歌手，同樣將靈魂賣給音樂的療癒歌手，正式成立一個雙聲帶女子團體 – Eagle ＆ Moon。兩人在樂海中尋尋覓覓終獲知己的狂喜和感動，將透過這張雙語專輯和世人分享。
