11 out of 10!

B'Z have been topping the charts for years now, and they are still going on strong. Tak and Inaba constantly amaze me with their endless energy and originality. This album gets more and more addicting each time you listen to it. This album is pure rock! The songs are perfectly composed and arranged: Tak plays a mean guitar, as always, and Inaba is just such an amazing male vocalist. If you haven't been introduced to B'Z, this is a good album to get, but also check out their best albums like "Treasure" and "Pleasure". They are my favourite male band, and always will be. ~Nadia |

Robust & Beautiful
|
I'm not a big fan to rock music, but I enjoy some pieces from this album, particularly "May" and "Raging River". "May" surprises me with the interesting combination of the soft piano accompaniment and the loud electric guitar. The result is a lively piece of music that gets the listener comfortably awake early in the morning. ^_= Though a long piece as it is (7.5 min), "Raging River" is by no means boring since it has quite a few stimulating variations and its style is quite similar to that of the theme song of "Beautiful Life", but a lot richer and "colorful" because of its emphasis to the music rather than the song alone. I like how they have creatively put the various types of music and instruments to a likable effect in these songs. Therefore I give this album a deserving 10. |
