Backed by a team of new-generation musicians under the lead of veteran producer Bing Wang, To Be features Ella's self-written theme song for her upcoming movie Bad Girls. Another major cut on the 6-track EP is the sexy, jazzy version of her as-yet-unreleased song "I Am Who I Am".

Preorder Version comes with a bonus CD containing three songs written by Ella, namely the sportswear campaign song as well as two demos she wrote for Hebe and Selina: 330 and "Princess Selina".
