I decided to give Eluphant a try despite the fact that I had never heard of them because they hail from the same company (Soul Company) that produced underground hip hop artists like The Quiett and Paloalto's individual and collaborative albums, both of which are my favourite artists. The style in this album did not disappoint, in fact I have no regrets buying this album at all. I love all the tracks on the album and haven't stopped listening to it since I got it. Every song is good. The songs are either slow or mid tempo infused with a lounge hip hop/soul twist which is what I love. Its very soothing and gives a chillout feeling. It also features a host of guest performers like The Quiett, Soulman and Cubic. Highly recommended if you like this genre of music. |
