This is a must for fans of the Brilliant Green, or Shiina Ringo's Muzai Moratorium (please forgive spelling!). From the very first track, Heavy Starry Chain, this rocks with addictive guitar riffs and Tomiko's emotive voice. The singles stand out particularly as summery, feel-good anthems, and although I speak no Japanese the English parts are memorable enough to sing along with (My Bloody Knee High Socks is the best!) The only reason this album is only 9 out of 10 is that it ends too quickly, although that is easily remedied by pressing play just one more time! Did you find this review helpful? Yes (Report This)
