at17's Eman Lam took to the stage of Hong Kong Arts Center in May 2011 for a series of solo concerts. Named after Heiward Mak's romance film, for which Eman composed the score, the Concerts for Ex were designed as a showcase for her outstanding skills as a performer. The Hong Kong singer-songwriter delivered a few of her own songs - including those from the movie - but the concerts mainly featured her renditions of a selection of well-known Cantonese, Mandarin, and English pop ballads about everything from passionate first love to poignant heartbreak, all re-arranged for her inimitable style. Music lovers shouldn't miss the chance to hear how Eman brought her own sound to classic numbers from Cass Phang's "To the Boys I Have Loved" and Veronica Yip's "Are Men All the Same" to Michael Jackson's Billie Jean and Alanis Morrissette's You Oughta Know. Now the unforgettable memories of the Concerts for Ex are captured and preserved on this double-disc album, which, according to the distributor, will NOT get a DVD release.

The Special Version comes with a notebook.
