After spending her last several years staying in the spotlight by performing live and being the subject of a documentary by director Kore-eda Hirokazu, Okinawan singer-songwriter Cocco returns with Emerald, her first original full-length album in three years. Reunited with her old band, Cocco again uses the magic of music to express her love for her native Okinawa. Among the 14 tracks on Emerald are the "Shima Kotoba" version of Kinuzune - the lead track from the EP Cocco San no Daitokoro CD - and the hit single Nirai Kanai.

First Press Edition comes with three music videos on a bonus DVD.
