2005年4月からフジテレビ系列で放送された、児童福祉施設を舞台にした心温まる人間ドラマを、6枚組BOXでリリース。主演の木村拓哉が元レーサーのバス運転手に扮し、彼の周囲のみならず彼自身の心にも大きな変化を生み出し、成長していく姿を描く。共演も小雪や岡本綾、松下由樹など豪華な顔ぶれ。映像特典も収録されている。
ヨーロッパの某サーキット。チームのセカンド・ドライバーである神崎次郎は、レーシングスーツを身にまとい、マシンに乗り込んでコースに飛び出した。コースを走る次郎は、チームのファースト・ドライバーが接近していることに気づきながらも道を譲らず、契約に反してタイムアタックで競り合い、ついには殴りあいの喧嘩となってチームを解雇されてしまう。それから1ヵ月後。児童福祉施設"風の丘ホーム"から逃げ出した少年と出会った次郎は、ひょんなことから、ホームのバスの運転手をすることになったのだが…。

Great Drama! Customer Review Rated Bad 9 - 9 out of 10

Great drama and impressive performance! Takuya and the kids delivered great performance throughout the drama ... especially in Episode 8. It's a bit different from the other drama that Takuya was in. Highly recommend it!!

This is very entertaining japanese comedy-drama I have seen. TAKUYA's acting is wittingly funny without trying to be so. the kids are also good in their own portrayal. But I guess the credit should go to the scriptwriter who has wooven a great story plot.
Takuya's acting can be compared to Cha tae hyun in "prince first love" ....
