Continuing their 10th anniversary together, pop duo Chemistry offers a motif follow-up to their hit ballad My Gift to You with eternal smile, their 34th single. Like Gift, eternal smile is a heartwarming winter ballad written by KO-ICHIRO of Skoop On Somebody (who also co-wrote My Gift to You). The single also includes the solo songs She Knows Why (by Dochin Yoshikuni) and Sweet pain (by Kawabata Kaname) as B-side tracks.

First Press Edition comes with a bonus DVD containing a documentary about Chemistry's trip to New York for the recording of the single's solo songs.
