Eternally Beautiful Customer Review Rated Bad 8 - 8 out of 10
Eternity is the new project from Jade Valerie and Geo, probably most well known previously as Sweetbox (which both left in 2007). This new project continues what they started with; taking classical songs and giving them a modern twist.

On first hearing the first track [Wonderful World] you may think you’ve picked up the wrong album, that it couldn’t possibly be something by Jade and Geo. But after a few listens, it does start to grow on you. And afterall, this is just the start. From here on in, the songs only get better.

There’s a mix of upbeat tracks [Only Human, You Smile], soulful ballads [Worth It All, Hello Goodbye], dark songs [Damn, How Far] , light Happy songs [Wonderful World, I Will] and a dig at generalised commercialism [Vanity].

The use of the classical pieces has been done tastefully as to incorporate it into the songs to a point where you could swear that the lyrics and additional music were meant for each other.

Overall, the album is well produced and the track order is brilliant mixing the different styles well without making the album sound disjointed or disorganised. A recommended listen to anyone who has been a previous fan of Jade and Geo’s work or for someone looking for something a little bit different from the usual ‘Pop’ sound

Jade and Geo is back! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
After enjoying a huge success in the music project "Sweetbox" (famous for hits 'Don't Push Me', 'Life Is Cool', and 'Addicted'), singer-songwriter Jade Villalon and musician-producer Geo passed the "Sweetbox" project to a another aspiring singer, and the Jade and Geo team formed a fresh new project titled under part of Jade's own name, "Jade Valerie". After two new albums, and with the undying intent to always experiment with something new, Jade and Geo formed yet another project, entitled "Eternity", which saw a return to their classic "formula of sampling famous classical pieces".

As any fan of Jade's music has come to expect, the music on Eternity is simply great. Jade's vocal styles really shine; she sings in a different style on every single track! But that only reflects the variation on this album, wether you want upbeat pop tracks, techno inspired anthems, fresh swagger beats, ball-room dance romance....this cd has it all! But that's nothing unusual for Jade and producer Geo, who always strive to make every album and track unique, meaningful, and different. What's more is that every track samples a famous classical piece, a return to a sound found more on Jade's early 'Sweetbox' albums, Classified and Adagio. It's also simply amazing how Geo ties the pieces in so well with the whole songs! In contrast to the normal 'pop' formula the songs follow, you'll always hear intricate layers of a famous classical piece being used to a great extent, with all sorts of modern beats and sounds as well!
