Taiwanese newcomer singer-songwriter Evan Tsai has a long and promising future ahead of him. Releasing his debut album at the age of 19 (hence the album's title), Evan, like Jay Chou, is a protégé of popular veteran singer Jacky Wu. Currently a music major at National Taiwan Normal University, the young singer, classically trained in both the violin and piano, wrote all the songs and many of the lyrics in his album. With strong vocals, undeniable musical talent, and a fresh-faced boyish charm, it is no wonder that he has been hailed as the next Jay Chou.

Evan Tsai experiments with a variety of musical styles in this album, displaying great depth and maturity in both composition and singing. First plug "Outside the City" (Track 4) is a refreshing, piano-driven ballad about peace, friendship, and love; the song starts softly with a lullaby intro, and steadily grows stronger in vocals and musical arrangement. Similarly touching is the hit ballad "I Can" (Track 6), which is featured in the new drama Corner With Love. The album also features fast rock-flavored tracks "Superman Isn't Home" (Track 5) and "8 Bit" (Track 12), upbeat, guitar-driven number "Endless Summer" (Track 10), and rock ballad Can You Hear Me (Track 3), all capturing the passion and energy of youth.

This edition comes with a photo booklet, a poster, and a DVD featuring music videos and making of footage for "Outside the City", "I Can", and "Endless Summer".
