Everlasting Golden Hits Concert Live Karaoke (2DVD) DVD Region All

The Everlasting Golden Hits Concert was held in the Hong Kong Coliseum in December 2005, with more than ten veteran singers performing their classic songs! Frances Yip's theme song for The Bund is all too familiar to Hong Kong people, and so are Johnny Yip's and Susanna Kwan's essential tunes. Liza Wang and Adam Cheng, still active in Hong Kong TV programs nowadays, has sung a lot of melodious theme songs for TV dramas, and they also presented those at the concert. Talented actor/director Michael Hui performed some hilarious stand-up comedies, and also performed a song originally sung by his brother Sam Hui.

Sandra Lang, a hot singer in the 1960s, incorporated rap into Cantonese opera to amuse the audience, while Kenny Bee (formerly member of the band Winner) and Elisa Chan showed off their superb singing skills. Teresa Cheung, Wah Wa (lyricist James Wong's ex-wife), and Ling Bo, who were away from Hong Kong for quite some time, returned to stage with their famous songs. The Everlasting Golden Hits Concert was so popular that the organizer staged 5 additional shows of top of the original plan of only 4. For Canto-pop lovers who wish to revisit this concert again, the wonderful concert is now available on DVD!
