　年青女子溫碧霞因遇人不淑而大了肚, 後更被迫要當舞小姐。不幸的是她妹夫李麗珍也同樣步她後塵。

　　有次在機緣巧合之下認識了富家仔劉德華, 二人一見鍾情。可惜, 由於溫碧霞自問配不上劉德華, 所以一直沒向他說出自己的工作和身份。直至有一次, 她工作時被劉德華看見才向他表明身份。幸好, 劉德華並沒有嫌棄她, 並想用錢去替她贖身…。

　　Abandoned by her boyfriend, young Wan gets pregnant and is forced to become a courtesan after giving birth. The bad thing is that her sister is having the same fate.

　　By chance, Wan meets rich Lau and the two immediately fall for each other. As a courtesan, Wan doesn’t think she is good enough for Lau, therefore she never reveals her identity to him until one time the two meets when Wan is working, she reveals the truth to him. Luckily, he doesn’t seem to mind, but is he the real Mr. Right for her?

　　前軍人劉德華在國內被出賣而被判有罪要遭到槍決。 槍決當日, 他趕機逃走, 後到了香港。在逃難的時候他遇到同樣是逃難的李美鳳, 二人一見鍾情。國家當然不會放過他, 派了公安徐錦江到港追捕。

　　因為劉德華曾當軍人, 身手過人, 一早便受到黑社會的注視。後因劉德華不肯為他們做事, 黑社會便捉了李美鳳到歡場做舞小姐, 藉此威脅劉德華….

　　Ex-soldier Li is set up and sentenced to death in Mainland China. During the day of execution, he got a chance to escape and leave for Hong Kong. During the escape, he meets Sheung Mun, the two falls in love. Of course the police won’t let him go that easy, they send Mao to Hong Kong to follow up.

　　As an ex-soldier, Li is famous for his physical strength, when he reaches Hong Kong, some gang tell him to do big business for them; however, ge refuses. The gang doesn’t give up that easy, they catch Sheung Mun as hostage in a nightclub and forces Li to choose between freedom or lover.

 an ok film Customer Review Rated Bad 4 - 4 out of 10
andy is quite young in this film, he and irene looked very compatible but the film suffers from the same overused plot lines.

i won't spoil it for anyone so i won't give away the ending, but if you've seen enough 80's romance film you'll guess the ending right away.

loletta lee also appears as irene's younger sister, i liked her character and she looked quite adorable.
