2007 turned into a grand year for EXILE. The seven-member band not only released their no. 1 albums Exile Evolution and Exile Love, but also landed three top singles: I Believe, Toki no Kakera, and Summer Time Love.
Under the optimistic motto "Exile Perfect Year 2008", the boys now release their first greatest hits compilation in three years, featuring the above-mentioned smash singles plus other representative works, including Choo Choo Train, Exit, and their 2004 No. 1 hit real world. EXILE's latest single Pure and a cover version of The Galaxy Express 999 (Track 16 - originally sung by the old Godiego rock band line-up), which is featured on the same-titled Toei animated film, have also been included.
This edition comes with a DVD featuring a promotional video, making of, and bonus feature footage.

Very good but ...

... I prefered, instead of the old singles re-arrenged, if they included in this best album songs such YES!, SCREAM, 24 karats -type EX-, Eastern Boyz 'n' Eastern Girlz, EVOLUTION and Touch The Sky. The old re-arrenged songs are good only for new EXILE fans to me. By the way, it's a very good best album as a whole, all the songs are enjoyable including the never released before Ginga Tetsudou 999. |
