Exit No. 6 Original Movie Soundtrack

Directed by Lin Yu Hsien, Taiwanese youth film Exit No. 6 delves into the secret lives of today's youth. Around subway exit No. 6 at Ximending, Taipei's youth mecca, teenage girls have been going missing. A group of friends decide to investigate the mystery, and clues point them to an "Autumn Leaves Club". As they keep digging deeper, they discover the shocking secret behind the disappearances. Exit No. 6 stars television heartthrobs Eddie Peng (When Dolphin Met Cat) and Ethan Ruan Jing Tian (Hanazakarino Kimitachihe) and actresses Olivia Chen and Yoo Ha Na. Lin Yu Hsien previously directed 2005's Jump Boys, a documentary about child gymnasts which found unexpected popularity at the box office and went on to win the Best Documentary Award at the Golden Horse Film Awards. In Exit No. 6, his first feature film, Lin explores a topic that he had covered in documentary form before - youth subculture.

The 13-track Exit No. 6 soundtrack very much resonates with the film's rebellious energy and youthful irreverence with a range of musical styles from independent artists. Actress Olivia Chen sings two songs on the soundtrack, including the film's end theme "Us" (Track 13). Popular indie band Sodagreen, which recently garnered seven nominations at the Golden Melody Awards, contributes their representative work "Little Love Song" (Track 1).
