Average Shoot 'em up

After a really tense opening sequence, this lapses into a fairly lacklustre cops and villains yarn. There is little or no character development and Simon Yam and Alex Fong are not at their best. Indeed most of the supposed action comes from the camerawork and the fast cutting. It's OK but just that. |

"Explosive City"tells a story about an international terroristic organization which seeks to murder a senior official. Simon Yam portrays a villain, who serves the head of the terroristic organization, but is actually a spy for the police. |
