FBI요원 숀은 자신의 아들을 살해한 냉혹한 폭파범 캐스터를 체포하지만 체포순간 체스터는 코아 상태에 빠져 버린다. 캐스터가 LA를 통째로 날려버릴 시한폭탄을 장치해 놓았다는 사실을 알게 된 숀은 이 폭탄에 대한 정보를 얻기 위해 캐스터 얼굴을 통째로 떼어내 이식수술을 받고 감옥에 위장 투옥된다. 그러나 의식을 회복한 캐스터가FBI 의료진을 협박해 숀의 얼굴을 이식받은 채 숀의 행세를 하기 시작한고, 둘은 서로의 삶에 투입되어 다른 상황에 처하게 된다. FBI가 된 캐스터와 폭파범이 된 숀은 진실을 밝혀내기 위해 격돌을 펼친다.

Great movie, great audio, bad video

This movie is great. One of John Woo's best. Cage and Travolta give spectacular performances that are worth your time and money. However, when it comes to the DVD it's a different story. The DTS track is awesome and very active (especially with surround use). But, if you care more about video quality than audio quality you will be disappointed. The video quality is horrible. With alot of grain and artifacts. The R1 version's video is perfect while this version has video that looks like it belonged in the 1970s. So if you are a DTS junkie like myself, get it. If you value video quality more, avoid. |
