Solo... Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
I must say that HYDE has some amazing stage prescence in this concert. The camera person does a good job incapturing HYDE's expressions, especially his eyes. This is a great chance to see HYDE in his true rock element.

However, for those who are L'Arc~en~ciel fans but have never had a taste of HYDE's solo work, be warned that his genre is very different. Faith Tour is a concert with extreme passion is very hardcore rock-like. HYDE's usual singing voice is replaced with screams of buring passion and soul. Its great to see him unwind completely on stage as he lets out everything. This concert is CRAZY hardcore and HYDE goes nuts quite a few times... but it makes it even more amazing. ^^

This concert is VERY strong and I felt that the band played amazingly throughout the entire concert. Kaz, the dummer and the bassist were simply awesome. The stage also very well dont and suits HYDE's demeanor very well. Though the stage is small compared to other concerts, it seems to work out amazing well with the graphics.

I wouldn't exactly say that this is HYDE expressing some type of anger in his music...but it's hard to find a word that describes it. There's so much passion that you begin to wonder what's driving him. He doesn't smile till the end of the concert after destroying the stage as if to say "now i'm satisfied..." and I found that to be the perfect ending...

Excellent Concert! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
This is my first Hyde concert DVD. I should have written a review much sooner, and perhaps just as well because I'm more familiar with Hyde's music now.

The concert stage set up is really impressive with its background lighting of a huge European cathedral facade. The stained glass panel's translucent red and black colors add to the religious tone of the concert with the first track, Jesus Christ which is one of my favorite tracks from Hyde's Faith album along with Perfect Moment and Countdown. Also, from his Roentgen album which has my favorites like Unexpected and Evergreen are featured in this concert. I love the track, Masquerade too. And there are other rock tracks from his 666 album. There is no religious overtone in this concert with the exception of the track Jesus Christ, but just Hyde's quest of his existence, revealing his emotions and feelings through his rock music. You should pay attention to his music compositions which show his creativity and great handling and understanding of the subject. His music has soul and real feelings.

Hyde is truly an exceptional and gifted musician, and an intelligent being. I've just gotten to love him the more I've paid attention to his music. He has an incredible voice and styles of singing. It took me a little while to appreciate Hyde, lol! Now, he is my favorite rocker/singer and there is no turning back! :)

My friend went to all but one concert in the west coast tour, and his performance was great and the musical transitions were very unique.
The dvd includes interesting scenes outside of the performances in Japan and USA, and I found Hyde even more cute! Although I have to say that the documentary section has shaky quality, and the scenes captured were not the best of his performances.
The anaheim concert fans brought a banner that you see in the "fillmore, san francisco" documentary section that everyone had contributed in writing a message to Hyde. Being the fortunate one, my message was read on the dvd! Yes I do hope that he comes to American again with a longer performance!

I cannot wait to get this DVD and Such even tho I was quite upset that I didnt enjoy the concert at the HOB in Hollywood...I wont return there again cause well I found the people rude and I felt like I was the only one who didnt have a good time :) Maybe cause I had no friends? :S Oh well,Nonetheless...You should buy this DVD,Cause I am very soon :)

Come on, J-pop??? Are you crazy? Where do you get calling hyde J-Pop? He's a J-Rock artist and always has been!!!

hyde's the best and this DVD proves it!!!

I just got this today and its great. The video quality is excellent (anamorphic wide) and the bonus documentary is a nice plus. However one question, why no Dolby or DTS surround sound? Why only LPCM? Ki-oon, should have spent a few extra bucks like they did with the AWAKE tour DVD and put together a complete package and let the viewer/listener decide which format they prefer. Try again Ki-oon.

I was also fortunate enough to see him live at Slim's in S.F. on July 6th with my family. He gave off such incredible energy throughout his entire performance. I couldn't stop jumping around to the point that there was a huge space around me ^^; But anyways, it was my first JRock concert as well, and I was very happy that this was my first. The live was absolutely amazing; I've been waiting anxiously ever since the concert ended that night for this DVD. A true must-buy for anyone who went to the concert or not. It was amazing.

I went to Yokohama Arena lives (2 days) and HYDE really gave me wonderful feelings and energy! His voice was so GREAT!!! It's beautiful when you listen his CDs but live his voice it's so AWESOME!! And also HYDEBAND will surprise you with all their energy! Personally I loved MIDNIGHT CELEBRATION so much! But also JESUS CHRIST, I CAN FEEL, SEASON'S CALL. All the songs in setlist have something special ^o^
HYDE is a KING ^_^ This DVD will really enchant all his fans!!!

 Hyde rocked the house! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
I was in San Francisco at both Slim's and Fillmore, and got to see Hyde perform. It was my first J-rock concert ever. I flew in from Kentucky to see him, hence going a little broke but it soooooooooo worth it!!!!!! Hyde's performance was awesome!!!!!! He sang so beautifully, even over the sea of fangirls and boys who were singing along. I have heard his singing before on other DVDs but they do him little justice. In person, he sounded absolutely wonderful. I had this feeling in my chest, not sure if I can explain it. But I could just tell that he was singing from his heart and soul.

It was a really good time. And he looked fabulous! I mean, I knew he was good looking but in person he was just amazingly beautiful. I think all of my senses were in overload from him, it was GREAT! He totally rocked the crowd!

I don't know if there was a favorite part of mine, it's hard to choose. But when he first hit the stage at Slim's he began with "Made in Heaven" and was wearing this cowboy hankerchif bandit looking thing over his face, it was so damn cool! And he made this stance all perpetratin-like and flipped us the bird! It was sweet! Everyone screamed and cried, LOL! I have never been so thrilled when someone has flipped me the bird before! LOL! It was great! Buy the DVD, hopefully that part is in there and you can see for yourself.

He moved me with all of the other songs he sang also. His voice sounded so good that I wondered if maybe he'd quit smoking or something. He was just so awesome. So was Hiroki and Kaz. Everyone performed in gusto. From where I watched I did not have a good view of Furuton or the masked keyboardist. I'm sure they'll be in the DVD though. I can't wait to see it!
