So many great songs..

I'm totally in love with this CD. The first, third, fourth and the last song are my most fave songs, especially the third song "Breakup is not painful" I've listened to it thousand times already. |

Improvement on her vocal
|
I used to only like her song and her music style. But she improves alot on her vocal performance in this album. Hope she can do the same to her live performance. |

She may look pretty, but talent also counts

I like the way she sings her songs. Candy is one singer you must take notice of. She will breathe some life into the Hong Kong pop music industry. Her style may stun some jaded Cantopop listeners, because it sounds unorthodox to their ears. I believe the Hong Kong pop music industry needs more singers like her. More variety of songs is what the industry need. I hope she will get the recognition she truly deserves. |

This cd is pretty good. But if she wants an outstanding cd, she should make a Candy's Best cd, combining all her best songs. Like deep blue, dreaming for you, garbage, Dao Qiang Bu Ru, colors and relationships, warm color, and all her other fabulous songs. |

Seriously, for many of you who are praising Candy Lo now - you're probably those people who totally ignored her when she first came out. You're probably the ones who started paying attention to her after "Deep Blue." You know what, as someone who followed her before her solo career even started, "Fantasy" is just a total disappointment. Ever since "Deep Blue" Candy (maybe under the pressure of Sony Music) has acquiesced to making her music more "pop". Compared to her first 3 CDs - "Needless to be perfect", "Miao" and "Close to Candy", "Fantasy" is just crap. Many songs are very one-dimensional and flat and not interesting at all. I'm seriously disappointed at Candy nowadays, esp. when I saw her live for the past couple of times she really cannot sing! |

I'm very glad that HK music still have people like Anthony Wong, Faye, Nic Tse... and CANDY LO! Candy has her own style and it's presented in her songs. She wrote most of the songs in the CD and her band-style voice is very very touching. The lyrics are very good too. If you are tired of Canton-pop music, should definitely buy this one, because it is very exceptional!!! |
