I feel very sad for Du Mi's father, having lost his daughter for 20 years and didn't have a chance to spend time with her after he found her again. Ko Joon Hee is not a bad girl really but she had been punished rather severely. If anything I think her mother's selfishness was more to blame. Duh Mi should choose Jang Bin who loved her, to me, in a much better way.

very good so far Customer Review Rated Bad 9 - 9 out of 10
I haven't finished it yet, but I love it so far! Its one of the better dramas. I've been watching Korean drama's since I was 13 (I'm 28 now)So i've seen a ton of Korean dramas/movies and I really love this one. Some people say the drama is slow, but I like that its slow. Its a mellow drama for a reason.

DON'T MISS THIS DRAMA !!! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
This drama is one of the best korean drama (my top 5) I ever watched (and I've watched A LOT ) , everything is perfect : the actors/actress (leads and supporting) , the storyline , the music ... Still don't understand why it was too underrated . Happy to have this huge and beautiful boxset for my DVD collection. At this quality (drama and boxset) , the price is now a real gift .

kang-hee loves dong-yung! Customer Review Rated Bad 5 - 5 out of 10
the series started out great, but i can't believe they had to destroy kang-hee that way. little jun-hee did not catch my attention at ALLL!!! i felt she was almost ADD because her speech was so fricking SLOWWW!!!! sometimes she made me want to smash my tv because of her speech!!! kang-hee did not deserve that fait and dong-yung is such a jerk for treating her like that for as long as he did!! if you don't love someone, don't pretend like you do!!!

anyone know if he truely loved her when she was going to die? soooo fricking sad!! i hope he didn't just give her the pearl to make her happy. wrong! so wrong!
anyways, the series was great, and so were the little characters, but i guess as you grow, people change. kang-hee deserved better, but everyone abandoned her!! she derserved SO much more for taking care of jun-hee when she had no one!!!! and poor bin!! ugh!

Ha Ji Won was there Customer Review Rated Bad 9 - 9 out of 10
HJW had a very small part at the beginning. Little Yoon Hee ran into her while she was looking for her parent. Overall, this drama is definitely a great one even though there are many typos and grammatical errors. YA could provide a much better English translation.

This masterpiece was filmed by the director of Damo.. Honestly, the drama didn't feel like a drama series, it looked and felt like watching a movie :) Cinematography was excellent, storyline was intriguing and performances, both by the child actors and adult actors were very well done. Soundtrack was also VERY good, eg 'Close to you' by the Carpenters..hehe. I think the only flaws was that it was too long (28 eps for a historical drama is still short mind you) and the ending was not to my liking! The ending was appropriate (it was a happy ending, but i didn't like the way they solved the problem). I rate the subtitles 8/10 (there are lots of spelling mistakes and occasional grammer errors) That being said, I still enjoyed Fashion 70s, loved the clothes, loved the music and i love the children! They were so cute!

A worth seeing drama Customer Review Rated Bad 9 - 9 out of 10
This drama is directed by the same talented director of Da Mo. The story line is captivating and intense. The history of the Korean War and life in the 70's were quite a revelation. Lee Yon Won who played Dor Mei, carried the whole show with her superb acting and regal beauty. The actor who played Bin was also brilliant. However, the story made a lot of sense until the very end, which was disappointing. Dor Mei should not have to go back to Tong Ying who had literally abandoned her for three years. He did not really deserve her. Overall, the series is very enjoyable and I give it a thumb's up.

From the start to the finish.. you will enjoy this series. I like the clothes they wore in this series. Ju Jin Mo. is real cute in this film. Too sad she didnt end up with him. He dances well in this film.
The story the soundtrack is really nice... Is the song... that goes liek this " I'll let you go, i'll let you fly.. the same sound music i hear from meteor garden... same???
