This will not fit on the lobe of your ear. I have three piercings, not cartilage, but the upper and thinner part of my lobe and it fits perfectly on my third one. I've gotten compliments because it looks really cool. It works like a regular earring, but you just have to twist it in around the loop and get it the way you want it to look like. |

Do NOT buy this if you don't have a cartilage piercing or a belly button piercing. I thought this could be worn on the ear lobe. It is way too small to be put in a lobe piercing. I can't even wear this. This is a barbell piercing made for belly buttons. |
