　　阿香生於貧瘠農村，自幼孤苦，因大旱連月，阿香被迫混進肓流潮中，她初為乞丐，後成為流鶯，專與穿中港兩地的貨車司機交易，阿華是其中一個與阿香交易的司機。後來阿香被公安拘捕，並証實她是愛滋病帶菌者，當局欲將阿香送往醫院，但被她逃脫。阿香偷渡到香港，又重操故業。另一方面，阿華亦發現受愛滋病感染，幸福家庭從此破碎。警方掃黃，阿香被捕，警方欲把她送回國內，但阿香在醫院發難，剛巧阿華亦在同一醫院，想勸她罷手，可惜阿香為逃生，不顧一切，結果死於警方亂槍之下。

Political correctness is out the window! Customer Review Rated Bad 9 - 9 out of 10
Any politically sensitive viewer will be aghast at the horrors on display! FATAL ENCOUNTER begins in a dim sum restaurant, intercut with black-and-white photos of atrocity scenes. We end the sequence with the whirring of a garbage disposal, and we know we're in for a bumpy flight. Truck driver with wife and small child has sex with an under-aged prostitute with AIDS, and things just go downhill from there. WOW! This is the reason I watch Category III movies!
