Fearless Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
I like this film. But in cinema version, it focuses not much on how Jet Li change his mind. This version fill up the missing part, much buy.

Many scenes deleted... Customer Review Rated Bad 9 - 9 out of 10
Great movie. One of the saddest ending I've seen in a while. Brings back some nostalgia of Jet Li's previous performance as Wong Fei Hung. The movie was originally planned to last 150 mins but was cut to last 105 mins. Many scenes were cut: Thai fighter, Michelle Yeoh scenes. I really really hope they release a totally uncut version.

pointless Customer Review Rated Bad 1 - 1 out of 10
as with all arts and artists, there comes to a point when you ask: what is the point? I couldnt see the point to this film, or message, if there was one. It was loud, brash and mindless. It appeared quite nationalistic, but its a message which seems no longer relevant in the 20th century. It was preachy. It was, an unpleasant experience. Bruce Lee succeeded in Fist of Fury with less blood and less show (a movie you cared about the characters) I care. I care less mindless movies being made

Jet Li's ideal Wu Shu Ethics Customer Review Rated Bad 9 - 9 out of 10
Though I'm quite familar with chinese history, I still rate this movie fairly high even if story's not correlated with the real facts. That's because it's a well told movie with good wu shu choregraphy, nice sceneries, and its theme's well presented - Jet Li's view of wu shu values and ethics - which you may say "we've seen this before" or "we've heard this before", but I think is still a good message and worthy 'cause they come from thousands of years of our culture. Maybe if you see this movie as Jet Li's self-indications of his life (up until now) and wanting to make a statement before his body can't cope with the hard fighting (he's 42+ by the way), then I think it's very entertaining. The only bad thing is that a good 40min has cut from this version of the movie. It's better to wait for the un-cut version to come out.

That's my man Jet Li Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
This movie is wonderful. The only thing I didn't like is that they cut out alot of good stuff from here. If they are coming out with the uncut version...wait and get that one. For those of you who don't like it...take a history class then come back and watch it. I'm pretty sure you will like it after. Love Jet Li movies, just awsome.

I wish the cut was longer as the director had inte Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
After having read the story about the main character on the Fearless website about how fighting a Thai boxer changed his views on fighting and how he learned new fighting techniques, I have to say I was a bit disappointed that the DVD version had this particular and important fighting scene cut. I still give the movie 10 stars because the edit (cut) was done so well that the story remained well-told—not to mention that all the fight scenes were incredible.

Great!!! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
I really loved this movie. I love period films in general. Being a fan of Jet Li, I love to see him in ancient custome. I really hope he does more period films even though its been said that this was his last wu shu film. I liked everything about the film, the sets, the scenery, the customes, except some moves (CG) in the fighting scenes felt a little bit rushed, and you could notice it. In general a great film not to be missed by the fans. I think they did a fantastic job. I highly recommended it. I Can't wait for the Extended Version!

It's not related with the true story Customer Review Rated Bad 1 - 1 out of 10
In general, this film is quite good. But unfortunately, hearsay, many Chinese people in the mainland Chinese rejected this film. It's because the plot story of this film and the fact are not related. Huo Yuanjia was not come from a rich family and he had many children (In this film, he was told that he had only one daughter and she died). It's a pity when I knew that this is Li Lianjie's last film...
