Right after the monstrous incident in FEAST, the survivors enter a town near-by, just to face another round of fierce attacks by the monsters! Biker Queen (Diane Goldner) meets another survivor Bartender (Clu Gulager) on the road and knows from him the identity of the man who killed her sister. She violently forces Bartener to lead her to the town where the killer lives. At the same time, the flesh-eating monsters are attacking the residents in that town, including some wrestlers and a salesman, while some of them are having sex. Honey Pie (Jenny Wade), another survivor, tries to hide herself in different places, just to find nowhere in this own is safe and have to confront the monsters with her gun! Another round of bloody hide-and-seek and hunt-and-run has just begun! The vulgar neighborhood soon turns into a hell filled with corpses, limbs, and erosive vomit!
