Haiji (Koide Keisuke) transfers to Kansei University and is invited to move into Chikuseiso, the dormitory for the school's relay running team, by Kakeru (Hayashi Kento). Known as a star runner back in high school, Haiji realizes that the dormitory has enough people to make a relay marathon team and proposes to compete in the Hakone Ekiden. With a strict training regiment, will this group of underdogs triumph at the notoriously tough marathon?
