Lawrence Cheng stars as Cheng Ming Pao, a radio disc jockey who has a chance meeting with a lovely ghost named Feng (Nonie Tao). Cheng urges her to stay with him to tell her stories on the radio, and the show rapidly grows popular, attracting numerous listeners. But one of them may be the man responsible for Feng's death...and even her passing may not have severed their linked destinies! An offbeat and different film in a genre littered with similar entries, Finale in Blood demonstrates the talent and narrative genius of Fruit Chan within a more conventional film genre. It's an unusual story about an unusual love between a man and a ghost.A radio announcer Dan is saved from drowning by an umbrella, in which a ghost resides. She appears in front of Dan, and asks him to take her to the place where her faithless husband lives.

Dan tells her story on the air and it becomes an instant hit. At the urgings of the public, Dan asks Gwyun to stay for more stories. During those days, they two become bosom friends.But the ghost tell Dan she must leave him and that her-ex-lover must pay the debt in kind.
