Perfect movie for children Customer Review Rated Bad 9 - 9 out of 10
I bought this Cantonese version for my new born grand daughter, her parents want her can speak Cantonese when she grow up, the Cantonese in this movie was very easy to undertand and not too rude, she will learn speak good Cantonese from this breath catching movie.This movie showed the love and care of a father to his son, the helping hand of the other friends when the young Nemo was in danger ( not the 1st shark, of course).I watched so many times, I enjoy it very much so do the kids I think, I am highly recommended.

My 3-year old enjoyed it Customer Review Rated Bad 8 - 8 out of 10
I believe she enjoyed Nemo very much, as she watched the whole 100+ minutes of it WITHOUT going to the bathroom !!! Doubtless I had to explain some points to her (why Nemo's mother is missing etc) but she was able to follow the story most the time. The silliness of Dory was lost on her, but then she may be a bit too young to understand fully the memory lost / forgetfulness of adults.

She wasn't scared of the shark nor of the whale. The pictures were very clear (and seemed real to her), we could even see the fish scales.

Other than that, all in all, the story has a happy ending (of course :), and if she could give points, I think she'll give this a 9 or 10. I'll give this a 7 or 8, and recommend this for kids of all ages.

on the dvd spec, it states 'dolby'..... does that mean 'dolby 5.1 ex / dts-es' like the korean version?

I had so much fun watching this movie that I just have to buy it so I can watch it over and over again! I don't think it's just for kids...my baby is only 3 months old...I bought this for me and my husband..haha.

I love this film so much that I've already watched it twice in the cinemas here in the UK and I just had to have it when it came out, because it's still running in cinemas here and in HK it's already available to buy. It will be out in March 2004 in the UK. It's just awsome and it's one of my favourites. I'd recommend this to everyone. Although the Cantonese version of the film was absolutely a nightmare, but as long as it's got the English version on it then it's perfectly alright. It's funny, touching and I was surprised with how good it really is. This is a must-have.
