Top Korean group Dong Bang Shin Ki (a.k.a. Tohoshinki) follows up 2006's Heart, Mind, and Soul with their second full-length Japanese album, Five in the Black. By now, the titular five - Micky, U-Know, Max, Xiah, and Hero - are already very familiar names throughout Asia, and their star in Japan continues to rise with this highly anticipated 13-track album. Five in the Black comes with five singles and eight new songs. Touching ballad Begin, Oricon Top 10 hits Sky and STEP BY STEP, and TVXQ's most representative song O - Sei Han Go are all featured in this album. Their new single Choosey Lover, also set for March release, can be found here as well. Other songs to look forward to include Dead End, I'll Be There, and Hello Again.

This edition comes with a DVD with seven music videos, including Rising Sun and O -Sei Han Go.

Not for everybody's liking Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
This cd has a lot of dance tracks that may not appeal to everyone and it's probably their weakest cd, but I liked it. Most of the songs I'd rate with 4 stars, but my 5 stars are: Zion, Begin, Dead End, O and Step by Step.
The only song I don't like is Choosey Lover which was ironically enough, their lead single.
With cd also comes a small photobook with songs' lyrics. There is only one picture per member which is a pity really cause this is one of their best photoshoots.
Overall, I recommend buying this to all fans of Tohoshinki and fast jpop.

i love this album!!!!!!~
stupid of me though, lol i bought this album but i live in the US, so different dvd region code.
i love them too much not to buy this album eventhough i gave up my lunch for 2 weeks haha xD
the price here for dbsk and japanese stuff are waaay too unreasonable.
it might be better for you to buy it elsewhere, i cant cause i live in the US
the chance of meeting dbsk things is like 1:100
to answer Vee's question, the DVD only includes music videos, therefore i dont think they have subtitles (unable to watch it cause TT_TT stupid dvd region code D:)

Excellent! A Must Get! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
Just got this package two days ago, haven't got time to watch the DVD yet, but I'm sure it is great. My favorites are: Zion, Choosey Lover, Dead End, High Time, Tracks 8 & 10. I got their Five in The Black Concert Video a while ago and I wasn't yet their fan, so I didn't appreciate their singing as much.

When I listen and choose my favorites from this CD, I realize that almost all the tracks are pleasant and upbeat, just very attractive. If you want to feel good, get this CD or the whole
package. It's a must get for all TVXQ fans!

I just got mine today. I heard this CD from a friends way back last year, but I had to wait to get it for myself. I got this version for the PVs.

I have always loved EVERY song on this CD from ZION to PROUD to Step By Step. I love all the genres Tohoshinki tries. ^_^

Anyway, I love the packaging and it's worth the money. ^_^

The songs well, are great!, the mvs althought I've seen them before, have really good quality and sound, there's like an extra, you must see it. Also the design of the cd and dvd, those patterns are beautiful, the pics for the lyrics and the cover of the disc's box are awesome. It's a really good job, excellent!! you must have it. The only problem is that it's region 2, but you can solve that. :D
