As the daughter of a funeral director, Hana (Kang Hye Jung) has always treated death as just another part of life. To her, life is all about scoring a fortune by marrying a rich man whose days are numbered. For the happy-go-lucky Ho Sang (Cha Tae Hyun), life is overwhelming enough as it is without thinking of death. He lost his family fortune after standing bail for a friend while under the influence of alcohol. Now barely making ends meets as a delivery boy, he is constantly chased by loan sharks. One day after a particularly exhausting chase, he spots a hospital morgue as his perfect hideout, and walks into the dark chilly room where he runs into Hana.
