蔡維強向李家蓓說身世，他之所以被叫「天公金」（陰司紙），是因為他幫忙母親燒「天公金」向上天控訴人間的不平。二人訴說，赫然發現他們竟有一段共同的“回憶”。李家蓓懷疑父親是秘密情治「鯊魚群」的一份子…兩人一道去追查真相，結果，造成李總長被暗殺了……
