Awesome as Always!

Koda Kumi has NEVER failed to amaze me with her work! This has to be one of my favourite singles by her to date! It sounds so much like her older work and I love it! FREAKY is a great song and dance number. It's somewhat like a mixture between hip-hop and rock. Very nice to listen to. Definately can't get sick of this song! The chorus will have you hooked and singing this song practically everywhere! Sora is just nice to listen to. It's very pleasent on the ears and has a synthesizer throughout most of it. Plus, whoever's working the piano in this song did a wonderful job. This type of song is just perfectly suited to Kuu's voice. There's no doubt about that. Run For Your Life. A lot of peoples favourite song on this single. It's definately worth all the praise it receives! It gives a very summer vibe any time you listen to it and the PV is adorable. This was perfect for a summer hit! girls, the final song on the CD. People say this song is like With Your Smile, but I'll have to be honest, I did not get a With Your Smile vibe from this song. It has a smiliar atmosphere, but nothing more. The chords are much different. This song is very fun and upbeat, much like the past two songs. One of those poppy style songs that makes us love Kuu-chan so much. So, overall, I found this single to be absolutely wonderful! Even the remixes on the other CD are great to listen to. This is one of her best singles, without a doubt. |

At first listen, you may think "oh my goodness! "FREAKY" is so cool!"..but after a few listens, you'll realize it's not all that great at all. It's just so-so. I consider it a "Selfish" part II, except "Selfish" was better. "FREAKY" is sometimes off-key and the lyrics are a little funny. n_n'' and I agree with Spike, her voice does go weak at times. "Sora" is very pretty though but not really outstanding. "girls" is like a With Your Smile part II. "Run For Your Life" is interesting and the most unique track. I like it the best, but the video isn't what I'd call a grownup video..something like a kid would do! ^_^'' heh. so sorry!!!!! don't kill me...ahhh! pleeease! O.o I believe this to be Kumi's worst single. It's not really refreshing or original. The covers are cute though. I'm more excited about her new album coming soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "Kingdom" looks promising!! Aaaaaaaaaand, from the sounds of it, "anytime", is going to be a delightful single! Can't wait!!!! n_n-V |

| This is one of the best koda kumi singles. It is hard to choose since every one of her singles is very amazing and gorgeous. Not to mention cool covers and music video. I hope that the next release will be even better than this! KODA KUMI gets better every day. I love the songs. FREAKY is a cool song. it sounds like Rock and ROLL with koda kumi. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE is also good. it sounds of beautiful car commercials. SORA AND GIRLS are so happy. thanks kodakumi for another gr8 single. |

I've just got the single and I don't know what to think about it... First song, FREAKY, is quite good. It's nice to listen to it from time to time but it's quite repetitive and Kuu have many better songs similar to it. The song is way too short... and also, her voice is sometimes too weak for it. Sora... is just a typical ballad, very boring and has nothing oryginal. Run for your Life is THE best song on ths single *_* It has unique elemnts and it's perfect for summer *________* It's just great! girls... when I first heard it I thought Kuu started to cover her own songs... It almost the same as With your smile! And Wys is way better! So, on this for single is like one excelent song and one good... But, if you like Kuu and her older songs you will like it anyway. And for me, buying this single is a good decision olny because Run for your Life and also a great package! |
