An unsettling examination of the intersections of eroticism and violence, and the impact of pornography on the psyche, Frisk tells the story of an LA teen. Dennis, who is attracted to violent, sexual behaviour. After meeting Henry, a masochist who posed for simulated snuff photos Dennis saw in his formative years, Dennis begins to acknowledge his dark fantasies in diaries and letters to friends.
A move to San Francisco does not alter his brutal course and Dennis later becomes obsessed with a gay porn actor. He succumbs to homicidal urges - first acting alone on a hustler, then joining forces with a like-minded couple. One night, the three of them pick up a punk at a porno theatre, take him home and "have some fun with him".
