Fukai mori (Japan Version)

YesAsia Editorial Description

This is the last installment of the 3-single series that began with "Tooku Made" and "Week!". The song's combination of simple acoustic guitar and weaving bassline gives it a deeply impressionistic feel. Ban Tomiko's vocals fit the melancholy melody perfectly!

strong emotion once again!! Customer Review Rated Bad 8 - 8 out of 10
I love this single very much! <3 It was great as the Inuyasha ending theme and it's very deep. The lead vocalist screeches a bit in this song and can't reach the bigger parts because she's not a really good singer...but this single is still worth having because of how passionate it is and how expressive the emotion is!!! <3 Plus, the melody is lovely! (n_n)It's all-around something deeply outstanding.

The best! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
Out of all their songs, this has stayed my favorite. It has a very peaceful tune, yet the lyrics are strong and clear, just like the atmosphere of a "Fukai mori" (Deep Forest). This is a definite song to get, and if you have the chance, take a look at the video as well. It strengthens the emotion held in the song tenfold.

i n f i n i t y Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
Probably what I would consider SINGLE OF THE YEAR so far this year. The last in the trilogy of Do As Infinity singles, Fukai Mori brilliantly combines beautiful instruments, Tomoko's almost-haunting voice, and lyrics to back it all up. I cannot recommend this single enough. It deserves 11 of 10. It is over the top. Fukai Mori will stay with you, I promise you. There is no way to get the smooth and very mature tune from your head. Now, you may be wondering about the other song on the cd and let me say that I was wondering as well. But don't worry, this is Do As Infinity. The coupled-with song is just as powerful if a little more upbeat. Where Fukai Mori is slow and powerful, the second song is jubilant and just as powerful. It is a CM song right now, I believe. Pick up this single NOW.
