成田和輝（岡田将生）は、季節の変わり目になると、よく鼻の下にフキデモノができる。そんな彼には余命いくばくの妹・真美（恒松祐里）がいた。真美は、オー・ヘンリーの短編『最後の一葉』のように、自分の命をたくせるものがほしいと、望んでいた。ある日、和輝が深夜の屋台でアルバイトをしていると、鼻の下にできたフキデモノに激痛が走った。見てみると、フキデモノからツボミのような突起物が出ており、その姿をバイト先の先輩・樋口純子（酒井若菜）に見られてしまう。そして、それはあくる日にきれいな花を咲かせたのだった。鼻の下に花が咲き、妹は大喜び。和輝は切ろうとしたが、花の大好きな妹に懇願されしばらくマスクを着けてそのまま生活をすることになる・・・。／放送日：２００８年３月１日 テレビ朝日 ＮＧ集／クランクアップ集／番組ＰＲ集
