Best upbeat single!!! Customer Review Rated Bad 8 - 8 out of 10
"Funky Town" is so much fun!!! Namie has come back with a fresh, original style and Japan is loving it. I am a bigger Namie fan since she finished her last live tour, "Live Style 2006"! It's because that last showing in her hometown, Okinawa, she changed. She got reconnected with her fans, music, and the inner Namie. She's got hype again and joy!!! This single makes me so happy when I listen to it; it's cool, sexy, and fun.

However, the B-side is too repetive and can get annoying. It's great though if you ignore the irritating bits.

Not So Funky Customer Review Rated Bad 8 - 8 out of 10
I personally thought this single would be better after reading a small description of it. However, after seeing the PV, it wasn't something I had in mind. It wasn't as great as "Baby Don't Cry" but it's still nice. It has good beats that one can easily dance to and it is rather addicting but not that much. The cons includes that I thought this song was "funky" enough but it is still a good single nonetheless. It wouldn't hurt to try. :)
