Twin brothers Sakamoto Naoya and Sakamoto Kazuya, a.k.a. On/Off, made their debut as actors on the 2007 manga-based drama Fuma no Kojiro and have seen their profile rise steadily ever since. Their first single, Eein no Setsuna, served as the ending theme for Fuma no Kojiro, and the brothers also contributed ending themes for the 2008 television anime Vampire Knight and its sequel Vampire Knight Guilty. On/Off's first album, Futago Densetsu a.k.a. Legend of Twins, comes with 13 tracks including 4 new songs and all their past singles, including their most recent release Hana Kagari.

First Press Limited Edition of Futago Densetsu (Jacket A) comes in a deluxe collector's box and features 4 additional songs for a grand total of 17 tracks. In addition, this version comes with an 80 page hardcover photo album and a bonus DVD featuring a behind-the-scenes look at the photo shoot.
