But I have actually loved My sassy girl, My wife is a gangster, even Hi Dharma: so, why this film is so annoying for me? I couldn't stand it for more than 20 minutes. The comedy was so childish and awkward. I frankly don't know how this film could had be produced. A lot of money badly wasted.

All these values are the basis of humanity. The environment and cinematography have made possible to create a fairy and idyllic dreamland, where the human beings could live in peace, and that will be broken only by the reality of a meaningless war. It's easy to recognize, and it's actually declared by the author, an inspiration from the Miyazaki Hayao's themes. There is no a real antiamericanism, but a sincere antiwar feeling (that comes a bit from the division of the two Koreas, a problem always vivid for the Korean people). This film is deep and touching, it makes you laugh (it's also very funny), it makes you cry, and, most important, it makes you think to the useless of the bloody conflicts between human beings. Great! Wonderful! Deserving (for me too) the Academy Award

It will disappoint the Damo Tv Series's (it's adapted from the same Comic Book)mad accolytes like me, the swordplay's fans, and the art movies lovers.
The character of Ha Ji Won that in Damo was classy, serious, sweet and tender has be transformed in a boor that make grimaces and yell all the time. The male opponent is truly insignificant. So, the story become not interesting and frankly boring.the action scenes are supposed to be a ballet, but with the darkness, the snow, the Wide Angle shooting isn't possible to see anything: there is only an empty simulacrum of swordplay.There is a lot of foolish silliness like,for example in the opening scene with a circus parade theme played by a modern fanfare.
What's wrong with the director? This film is a complete "Fiasco"!!!!!
